Mixed Berry Smoothie

Smoothies are one of those drinks that can be enjoyed by everyone in the family. The added benefit is that it is more on the healthy side and it can help fuel you for the day, which is great if you are short on time. With just a handful of ingredients, we are sure that once you have tried this it will easily become your go to smoothie. There are so many smoothie recipes out there and it can be a bit of an experiment looking for the perfect balance. With this mixed berry smoothie we have taken out the guess work so you don’t need to change a thing.

*Tip* Use an insulated tumbler or smoothie cup to keep it cold all day and you can sip it throughout the day to keep you going. 

If you are camping for just a few days and don’t have a blender, we suggest making up a few batches before you head off. Simply omit the ice cubes until you are ready to serve. Keep in an easy to pour bottle and shake well before pouring.

Berry Smoothie

Mixed Berry Smoothie

The only berry smoothie you will need. The perfect balance to fuel you for the day.

  • blender or food processor


  • 3/4 cup pomegranite juice Recommend Bickford's
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1/3 cup yoghurt (Greek, vanilla, strawberry or other berry flavour) Recommend Jalna
  • 1 tsp maple syrup Alternatively use honey or date syrup
  • 1 handful ice cubes


  • 1 scoop protein powder


  • Place all ingredients in blender or food processor until well combined.
  • Pour into smoothie cup and enjoy.
